• in testing packaging and handling. Plant materials are harvested and the distilling started within the shortest time possible, so as to retain the most and best quality of the oil. Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory assuring the they meet and in most cases exceed the standards that the chemical profile and principal constituents a quality essential oil should have as outlined by:
the Association French Normalization Organization Regulation ( AFNOR )
and the International Standards Organization ( ISO ).

Synergy of Whole Plant Elements.

Disease cannot adapt to the actions of therapeutic-grade essential oils because the compounds and constituents vary somewhat from batch to batch due to any number of factors the plant encountered during its growth: amount of sun, water, drought, insect activity, wind, stress, severity of season. . . all of the elements present in the plant material, some which have not yet been identified make for variations which make each batch unique. The whole rendering has greater effect than the identifiable elements have independently.
